Nature of products

All products sold are educational material and/or software engineering services. They are not investment advisory, research analysis, or portfolio management services. See theRisk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Licenses

Strategy tradebooks and videos are licensed for your personal use only — redistribution or resale is prohibited. Python execution scripts included with strategy products are provided under an open-source license stated in the download.

Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered in full on purchase, payments are non-refundable once download access has been provided, except where required by law. For Done-For-You Cloud Ops, if deployment cannot be completed for reasons on our side, the setup fee is refunded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, papersworth.com and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, its tools, its products, or systems deployed as part of any service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
